Located on Calle 27 #27-40, a corner house with a white colonial facade. The interior is very cozy. Laura, their barista, very professionally introduced us to two brewing methods. Then, she introduced us to an espresso. A young woman who is very motivated to enter the world of coffee. The coffees we tasted were all roasted by Calma Specialty Roasters, partners of the coffee shop. At Aero Prex, Café Manuela Beltrán, Honey, from Curití. With 85.7 SCA. At V60, Café Catalina de Indias, Natural, from Barichara. With 87.5 SCA And for espresso, a blend of Castillo, Caturra, and Colombian coffee, washed. A truly sensorial coffee experience. A new venture, it's been almost a year bringing coffee lovers the most special coffees from Santander. Come to Girón and visit them. ”
